Stone & Salt is a year-round grounds management company serving commercial properties in Greater Cincinnati. We are not a franchise. We are not a national chain. We are two owners who built this company to solve the vendor reliability problem that property managers deal with every season.
Our Story
Why we started Stone & Salt.
We kept hearing the same thing from property managers: their landscaper disappears in November, their snow contractor does not start until December, and nobody owns the gaps in between.
We built Stone & Salt to be the company we would want managing our own properties. One team. One contract. Year-round accountability. Documented service that protects you when it matters.
Yes, we are a new company. We are not going to pretend otherwise. But new means something specific here: it means every property we take on gets owner-level attention because we are building our reputation one contract at a time. It means we are not stretched across 200 accounts with crews you have never met. It means the people who sold you the contract are the same people making sure it gets delivered. We have the insurance, the equipment, and the systems. What we are earning is your trust -- and that starts with the first site assessment.

Your property can be added as additional insured. Documentation ready when your insurance company asks.
